Talents and Glyphs:

T1: Juggernaught or Double Time. Warbringer is not an option for PVE
T2: Enraged regen or MAYBE Impending victory for fights with lots of adds (Ex. Imperator)
T3: Furious Strikes or Sudden Death. I prefer Sudden Death
T4: Storm Bolt and Dragon roar are both good for single target. Use Dragon Roar for AoE
T5: Vigilance
T6: Bloodbath for SINGLE TARGET and Bladestorm for fights with more than 2 or 3 mobs.
T7: Ravager is your best bet but if there is heavy movement and the ravager will be wasted then go anger management.

Glyph of Unending Rage is the only glyph that is required.

The following glyphs may be useful in a variety of situations:

Glyph of Bull Rush causes your Charge to generate an additional 15 Rage.
Glyph of Death From Above reduces the cooldown of Heroic Leap by 15 seconds, but also reduces the range of Heroic Leap by 15 yards. This is a great choice when using Heroic Leap for more damage, but it reduces the mobility of the ability.
Glyph of Enraged Speed increases your movement speed by 20% while you are enraged.
Glyph of Wind and Thunder increases the radius of Whirlwind by 4 yards. It is useful in fights where your enemies are spread out.
Glyph of Rude Interruption causes your successful Pummel interrupts to increase your damage by 6% for 20 seconds. If you are part of your raid's interrupt rotation, or if you can otherwise interrupt mobs during the encounter, this glyph will be excellent.

Stat Priorities:

Str > Crit > Muiltistirke > Mastery > Versatility > Haste

Mastery will overtake Multi in priority once you start gettin good gear because of how Mastery and Crit work together.

Gemming and Enchanting:

Neck: Gift of Critical Strike or Breath of Critical Strike if plan to replace it soon or you just cant afford it.
Back: Gift of Critical Strike or Breath of Critical Strike if plan to replace it soon or you just cant afford it.
Rings: Gift of Critical Strike or Breath of Critical Strike if plan to replace it soon or you just cant afford it.
Weapons: Mark of the Thunderlord or Mark of the shattered Hand if you to replace it soon or you just cant afford it.

Rotation:

SIngle Target:
If you are not Enraged, simply wait for Bloodthirst to become available before spending Rage or using Raging Blow procs, unless by doing so you would either reach maximum Rage or waste Raging Blow procs.

Use Berserker Rage if your Enrage falls off.
Use Wild Strike to avoid reaching maximum Rage. If you have Bloodsurge procs, use as many times as necessary.
Use Execute, if you have a Sudden Death proc.
Use Raging Blow when you have 2 stacks.
When you are not Enraged, or you have less than 80 Rage
Use Ravager, if you have chosen this talent.
Use Storm Bolt or Dragon Roar, depending on your choice.
Use Wild Strike, if you have a Bloodsurge proc.
Use Raging Blow.
Use Wild Strike, if you are Enraged.

Execute Phase:
Try not to spend any rage if you are not currently Enraged. If your Rage is low enough, simply sit doing nothing until Bloodthirst is up again in order to attempt to refresh your Enrage.

Use Berserker Rage if your Enrage falls off.
Use Execute to avoid reaching maximum Rage, or if you have a Sudden Death proc.
Use Bloodthirst
When you are not Enraged, or you have less than 90 Rage
Use Ravager, if you have chosen this talent.
Use Storm Bolt or Dragon Roar, depending on your choice.
Use Execute, if you are Enraged.
Use Wild Strike, if you have a Bloodsurge proc.
Use Raging Blow.

Opener:
At the start of the fight, the ideal opening rotation is as follows:

Prepot.
Charge in and place your Ravager (you can click the ability to obtain the placement circle even before combat begins).
Use Bloodthirst and Recklessness.
Continue with your single target rotation.

Multi Target Rotation
If you are facing multiple enemies you should perform the following rotation.

Use Ravager.
Use Bloodthirst to maintain your Enrage and generate Raging Blow stacks.
Use Bladestorm
Make sure to have at least 6 seconds of Enrage left when using Bladestorm.
Use Whirlwind to gain stacks of Meat Cleaver as necessary for the amount of current targets.
Use Raging Blow.
Use Dragon Roar.
Use Wild Strike when you have a Bloodsurge proc.
Use Bloodthirst.

If you are facing 2 enemies, and if one of them can be Executed, you should dump your Rage with Execute instead of using Whirlwind. If you have chosen the Sudden Death talent, then use these Executes as your highest priority.

Cooldowns:

As a warrior you have many cooldowns depending on your chosen talents.
Recklessness
Bloodbath
Dragon Roar
Ravager
You wanna use them together
Make sure you use Bloodbath and then Dragon Roar/ Storm Bolt and Ravager if you have it.
Make sure you use recklessness as many time as you can in the fight and try and stack it with your other CDs and Heroism.
Ravager is best used when there is alot of AoE needed.

This is just a basic start up guide if you have any questions post them here or whisper me in-game. I dont mind helping anyone trying to improve there gameplay.
